I can't believe it's March. I was telling Sean that life seems to move in hyper-drive when you have kids. I know there's a lot of fear with the economy the way it is right now. I have to remind myself daily that just having this life, and having Sean and Jack and family and friends is what's important.
Jack turned 10 months old on the 22nd. I can't even believe it. He's learning new things everyday. Yesterday I pretended I was blowing out the lights (by flipping the switch) he thought I was pretty cool and then he started blowing at the lights so I'd turn the switch on and off for him and he was so proud of himself and gave me that "mom, look what I can do" look. I'll have to get it on video for sure.
He's pulling himself up on EVERYTHING and thinks he can climb up the stairs (he can climb up the stairs but we don't let him) He's into everything and constantly needs to be doing something...just like mom.
He's teething too so that's no fun for him or us. One of the only ways we can get him back to sleep is to lay him in the chair in his room and rock him. (there's a picture below) My aunt bought him a little goat puppet that sings a song from the Sound of Music and he loves it. His new favorite spot is by the backdoor so he can look at the dogs (picture) and he LOVES posing for the camera.
I know we don't get to see all of you as much as we'd like, but we think about you often! Good luck to my two friends who are finishing up their master's degrees in the next month or so...you guys will make it out alive! I'll be waiting on the other side with some drinks in my hand.
We can't wait for the family reunion this summer. Lots of love to ALL of you!

Gracias! We'll party it up soon enough! Cute pics! I can't believe how big he's getting! Crazy!
Wow, I cannot believe how big he is getting. He is so adorable. We have to get our boys together for a playdate soon. I bet they would have so much fun together.
I love that picture of Jack! I love the quote too...simple and true. I can't wait for that drink!! ;)
